Cellulite is the uneven, dimpled appearance of the skin caused by fat deposits pushing through connective tissue beneath the skin’s surface. It is common on areas such as the thighs and buttocks. Cellulite affects people of all shapes and sizes and is classified into different grades based on its severity.
Cellulite Grades
✅ Grade 1 (Mild)
● Skin appears smooth when standing or lying down
● Dimples are visible only when the skin is pinched
✅ Grade 2 (Moderate)
● Dimples are visible when standing, but not when lying down
● The skin shows an “orange peel” or wavy texture
✅ Grade 3 (Severe)
● Dimples and unevenness are visible when standing or lying down
● Skin shows deeper depressions and more pronounced irregularities
Treatment Options
At our clinic, we provide an individualized treatment plan tailored to the degree of cellulite and each patient’s goals. After a detailed professional assessment, your personalized protocol may include:
PRP (Platelet-Rich Plasma) – to stimulate collagen production and improve skin quality
Enzyme Injections – to break down fibrous tissue and smooth skin texture
Morpheus8 (Fractional RF Microneedling) – to remodel subdermal tissue, tighten skin,
and reduce dimpling
PDO Threads – to lift and support the tissue structure, improving firmness and reducing the appearance of cellulite
Have visible cellulite
Want to improve skin firmness and elasticity
Have bleeding disorders or are taking anticoagulant medication
Have a history of keloid scarring or poor wound healing
Have autoimmune or severe chronic illnesses (depending on medical evaluation)
Minimal downtime; most clients return to normal activities within 24–48 hours
Possible mild swelling, redness, bruising, or tenderness
Mild to moderate discomfort may occur during the injection process, often described as a stinging or burning sensation. A numbing cream may be applied before treatment to enhance comfort.
Some improvement may be visible within 2 to 4 weeks, with progressive fat reduction and smoother contours becoming more noticeable after 3 to 6 weeks.
A course of 4 to 8 sessions, spaced 1 week apart, is generally recommended for optimal results.
