There is no significant downtime. Mild redness, slight swelling, or tenderness may occur but usually resolves within a few hours to a couple of days. Patients can typically return to normal activities immediately.
The procedure is generally well-tolerated. Most patients describe the sensation as minor discomfort (such as tingling, heat, or slight prickling) during energy delivery. Discomfort varies depending on the area treated and individual sensitivity.
